Tesla Owners Discover Gwynn's Island

Who: Multiple Tesla Owners Clubs on the East Coast are invited to participate

What: Weekend road trip to Virginia to explore Gwynn's Island by day; enjoy a delicious, gourmet plant-based seafood dinner by night with other Tesla owners

When: Friday July 30th to Sunday August 1st, 2021. See itinerary below for details and alternate shorter options for each day. Watch this video preview.

Why: We drive an EV because we care about the environment. But how we eat has a major impact on the environment too. Some of us have eliminated factory farmed animals from our diet and turned to seafood, however in the documentary film "Seaspiracy" we learn that even seafood consumption may be adding to the problem and creating new ones. Fortunately there are good plant-based alternatives. On this road trip we will travel to Gwynn's Island VA for a unique gourmet dinner at The White Dog Bistro where we'll get to taste plant-based seafood and do a taste test comparison. We will also hear from the founder of Mind Blown Plant-Based Seafood which is based on Gwynn's Island.
