A "Current" EVent (Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles)

DVTOC has been invited to join the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles on Sunday, July 18th, 2021 for A "Current" EVent!

Visit the museum and help the museum staff a public outreach information table and show off your car. Cd's Place Catering & Eatery will be on hand providing delicious food!

• Did you know electric vehicles are far from a new idea?
• Did you know the Boyertown Auto Body Works converted Pennsylvania-made Volkswagen Rabbits in the 1970's & 1980's?!

Drop by to find out MUCH more about the history of electric vehicles, as well as electrics converted and built right here in Boyertown! Electric vehicles of all shapes and sizes will be on display, including a 1933 Thorne B2 Gas-Electric (yes, an early hybrid!), the ultra-cool EVSR Race Car by Entropy Racing, and the Museum's two electric vehicles!

They will have one of their converted Rabbits on display, as well as electric vehicles from 1933-present day. They also have two antique electric vehicles on display in their gallery. Entropy Racing will be bringing their EVSR, a fully electric race car.

Oh, did we mention the Museum has electric vehicle chargers?

We encourage you to "charge" on over in your Tesla for this event! Lets try to remove some of the FUD of driving electric and encourage more people to drive electric, or at least drive a Tesla.
