WMMR 93.3 Preston and Steve's Camp out for hunger needs our help
New meetup time: 10:15am at IKEA/ Chick-Fil-A parking lot
UPDATE: We will hand out "Fly Eagles Fly" lightshow thumb drives (20 thumb drives in total) at Ikea so that we can do a coordinated light show at Xfintiy Live in front of the stadium. This should definitely be a show stopper before we drop off our food!
We are thrilled to announce that we will be participating in the Phil-a-Trunk Car Show and Food Drive for the fourth year in a row! This amazing event, organized by the Riesentoter Region of the Porsche Club, brings together car enthusiasts from all over the Delaware Valley to support the Philabundance Food Bank. The event is also part of the Preston and Steve's Camp out for Hunger initiative. Phil-a-Trunk is a fun and easy way to donate food to those in need, as you just fill your frunk/trunk with non-perishable items and we will drive to the event. You can also enjoy the sight of hundreds of beautiful cars on display, and mingle with fellow car lovers. Don't miss this opportunity to make a difference in your community and have a great time!
Every donation counts!
- A one-pound donations helps provide one meal for someone in need.
- Just $1 can help provide up to two meals.
- With $20, Philabundance can buy a case of peanut butter, a delicious and crucial source of protein for kids.
- $50 helps give a four-person household three meals a day for one week.
Last year we donated 535 lbs of non-perishable food and $700 in monetary donations. Let's beat our 2022 year total; our new goal for 2023 is 750 lbs.!
Every year we attend, we get a shout out on the Preston and Steve morning radio show by the host of the event, "we didn't even hear the DVTO club drive in!"

A few details about the event:
10:15 am - Meet at the Ikea parking lot near Chick-fil-a and take a few group pictures and test out our Fly Eagles Fly group lightshow.
10:45 am - Drive as a group to the Wells Fargo Center, enter off 11th Street, where we will line up to drop off our food donations with the volunteers of Philabundance.
11:00am - Our scheduled drop off time with Phil-a-Trunk (this time may be slightly earlier or later depending on how large or small the car clubs are ahead of us). (We will do our lightshow before we are called to drop off our food)

7:30am - Gates Open for Mainline Cars and Coffee
10:00am - Porsche Club and Mustang Clubs
10:45am - Mopar Muscle (everything Mopar)
11:00am - Tesla Club
11:15am - 12:45pm other car clubs
1:00pm - Closeout
This is a rain or shine event.
