Join us to learn about a new member benefit from DVTOC called Remote Advanced Diagnostics and Recommendation (RADAR), which can provide education and remote diagnostics of technical issues and errors for members' Tesla vehicles.
Using a Diagnostic Software subscription from Tesla and once access is approved by the owner, an experienced DVTOC technician can remotely perform RADAR to review a car's logs and data to gain a deep understanding of system operations and provide a fact based, unbiased opinion and recommendation of a submitted concern.
During the event we will go over how RADAR works, member eligibility, and how and when to initiate a RADAR request. If time permits, we will also take "Ask Us Anything" questions.
