This is a road trip to see the sunset over the beach. We will start at the Garrett Family Preserve and end up at Cape May, NJ beach for sunset pictures. You are welcome to meet us at any or all of the locations on the itinerary, times are approximate and we will do our best to keep to the itinerary timing below. After everyone gets their perfect sunset pictures we will do a group Halloween lightshow featuring "Ghostbuster's" theme song (files and instructions will be emailed to all registrations the day before the event).

Schedule:

3:00pm: each starting location will arrive at the Garrett Family Preserve at Cape Island Creek (801 Wilson St, Cape May, NJ 08204). This time of year songbirds and monarch butterflies migrate through the preserve. The area includes a picnic pavilion, nature trails and an interactive Monarch butterfly statue.
- 4:15pm: Meet for dinner at Cold Spring Grange Buffet or happy hour at Cold Spring Brewery (735 Seashore Road, Cape May, NJ 08204) (no need to pay CVS to enter). Both the restaurant and brewery are right next to each other.
- 5:45pm: Arrive at David Douglass Sr. Memorial Park (Beach Dr, North Cape May, NJ 08204). Sunset is at 6:24pm.

- Bring chairs / blankets to sit on
- (Optional) Dinner following our sunset pictures at Italian Affair (3845 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204) or Mike's Bayshore Cafe (3852 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204) or bring picnic dinner if you’d like.
Registration information:
Upon registration you will receive an email from "Delaware Valley Tesla Owners Club" admin@dvto.club. Check your junk/spam folders if you do not see it. This email will contain the most up to date information about this event and we will be able to email you if there are any updates to the event plans.
You will get an email the day before with Lightshow instructions and the necessary files for the special Halloween Lightshow. All you need is a USB thumbdrive with a folder named "Lightshow" to add the files to. Please reach out to Art at apschalick@gmail.com any questions.
